How much does Profound cost?
It depends on whether you buy as a brand or as an agency. The pricing page has a tab for each.

What does the free Profound trial include?
The trial is for "companies who want to trial Profound before getting a demo". It runs 50 unique prompts daily for 7 days across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, in 1 language and 1 region. It includes limited AI Marketer credits and 5 Prompt Volumes searches (Profound pricing).
Trial users get a recommended prompt set based on their industry and cannot change it. There is no history, export, API, SSO or support. It shows the product; it does not run a program.
What does Profound Enterprise include?
Enterprise is where the full product sits. Profound lists a tailored prompt tracking plan run daily and up to 9 answer engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Exa Search. It adds all-time history, exports, API access, ChatGPT Shopping and SSO/SAML (Profound pricing).
Support can be email, a dedicated Slack channel or a dedicated specialist with a 24-hour SLA. The enterprise page says Profound is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
How does Profound's agency pricing work?
Agency Growth is a self-serve plan at $99 a month plus add-ons. It includes 10 pitch workspaces a month. A pitch workspace tracks 25 unique prompts daily on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews for 7 days, with an option to extend (Profound agency pricing).
To serve a client over months, you add a full client workspace for $399 a month. Each one tracks 100 unique prompts daily on the same three platforms, with 400 agent credits a month, 4 opportunities a week and all-time history. The plan has 5 agency seats, email support, no API and no SSO.
On those published prices, Agency Growth with one client workspace adds up to $498 a month ($99 plus $399), before any extra credits. The page lists client workspaces as an add-on, so we read the $99 as not including one. Agency Enterprise is custom.
What is not public?
- The price of Enterprise for brands. You get it from a demo with sales.
- The price of Agency Enterprise.
- Whether the agency prices are billed monthly or annually, and any annual discount.
- What extra agent credits cost. Profound says credits are used each time an agent runs, simple agents use fewer, and higher amounts need an Enterprise package.
- What overage costs. Accounts can be set to bill overage or pause at the limit, worked out with the account team.
We do not estimate these. Ask Profound for a written quote.

If you are a brand and need a price before talking to sales, every other tool in the table shows one. Profound does not, outside the free trial.
Who is Profound a good fit for?
- Larger brands that want daily tracking on up to 9 engines, SSO, SOC 2 Type II and a named specialist, and that buy through a sales process anyway.
- Teams that want agents, Prompt Volumes and agent analytics in the same platform as tracking.
- Agencies that pitch often. Agency Growth includes ten 7-day pitch workspaces a month for prospect audits, at $99 a month.
Where Profound is stronger: up to 9 engines on one plan, plus agents and security features in the same contract. It is a weaker fit if you need a public price, a small self-serve plan as a brand, or Claude and Gemini on an agency client workspace below Enterprise.
