This page explains what Rank Monthly collects on rankmonthly.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 27 October 2026.
Who we are
Rank Monthly BV, Kapelweg 12, 3951 AC Maarn, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Questions and requests go to [email protected].
What we collect
When you sign up for early access, we receive:
- your email address
- whether you signed up as a business or a publisher
- which form and page you used, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source)
- your country, worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider. We don't keep your IP address ourselves.
Why we collect it
To email you when early access opens, and to learn which pages and campaigns bring signups. We ask for your consent when you submit the form, and you can withdraw it at any time. We don't use your email for anything else, we don't sell it, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the signup form.
- Slack is where signups arrive, in Rank Monthly's own workspace.
Both work on our instructions under their data processing terms. They may process data outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the same terms.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the early access list, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
