Ten SEO agencies that work for B2B SaaS companies on Google and on AI answers, ranked by SaaS focus, AI search work, named results and how open they are about price.
If your buyers ask ChatGPT for a shortlist, your SEO agency has to work on AI answers as well as on Google. All ten agencies below do both, and all ten work with B2B SaaS. Our picks: Omniscient Digital if you have the budget, Rock The Rankings if you want the clearest pricing, and Embarque if you are early and need to start small.
Why the AI part matters now: G2's 2026 survey found that 51% of B2B software buyers start their research in an AI chatbot more often than in Google, up from 29% in April 2025. When those assistants answer buyer questions, 40% of the sources they cite are independent lists, against 34% for vendors' own sites (Prefer, July 2026). An agency that only works on your own pages leaves most of that shortlist to others.
We checked each agency's own website on 27 October 2026, and their prices and terms again on 31 October 2026, and ranked them on four things, in this order:
B2B SaaS focus: SaaS is the core of the business, not one of twelve industries on a services page.
AI search work: a real service for getting cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, often called GEO or AEO.
Named results: case studies with a client name and a number, as the agency reports them.
Price transparency: a published starting price or minimum, which saves you a discovery call.
We left out agencies that are mainly paid ads shops, generalist growth agencies with no SaaS SEO results on their own site, and one agency that closed in 2025. We have not hired any of these ten, and none of them paid to be here: every entry is editorial. We make Rank Monthly, which sells placements in lists, not SEO services. How do you track AI answers: which prompts, in which assistants, how often? Grow and Convert, for one, gives every client its own tracker.
Who writes the content, and have they written for SaaS buyers before?
What is the term? It ranges from month to month (SimpleTiger, Rock The Rankings) to three months (Embarque) and twelve (Victorious).
What do you do off our site: links, digital PR, Reddit, and lists like this one?
An agency or placements?
An agency improves your own site and earns mentions over months. The other half of AI visibility is being named on pages you don't own: in category questions, only 2.24% of AI citations went to the brand's own pages (Foundation and AirOps, 2026). That is the half Rank Monthly handles. We book you into lists, newsletters and posts your buyers read and AI quotes, and keep you there every month. See how it works for businesses.
Of those on this list that publish a price, Embarque starts at $2,500 a month, Rock The Rankings at $5,500, Victorious at $6,000, Grow and Convert at $10,000 and Omniscient Digital at $120,000 a year. The others don't publish a price.
What are GEO and AEO?
Generative engine optimization (GEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO) are two names for the same work: getting your brand mentioned and cited when people ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. All ten agencies on this list offer it.
Did any agency pay to be on this list?
No. Every position on this list is editorial. We make Rank Monthly, which is not an SEO agency. On rankmonthly.com, a paid entry is always labeled Sponsored.
Ten GEO and AEO agencies that get B2B SaaS brands named in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews, ranked by AI focus, named results, how they measure and price.
Peec AI for a public price, Profound for enterprise, Scrunch and AthenaHQ for wide engine lists, Otterly.AI from $29. Ten trackers checked on their own sites, plus what trackers can't do.
GEO costs from $0 to over $10,000 a month. Trackers start at $29 a month, list placements at about $135 once, and the GEO agency retainers we checked from $2,500 a month.
